Victor Martinez Sanchez A.K.A DJ. Messie, I was born in Puerto Rico on October 21, 1983. I have been around music since I was a little kid. My mother used to be in charge of some main events back in Puerto Rico, therefore I was always around the big artist down there. At the age of 12 I started playing around with the mixer boards and sound equalizers. When I was about 16 years old I started playing the drums, at that same age was when I moved to New Jersey. As soon as I moved here I put my drum set on the side and I bought me my first set of tables and mixer. After a lot of practice and dedication, I have succesfuly got to the top. At first it wasn’t easy because a lot of the DJs in Jersey don’t want other people to succeed therefore I had to struggle a lot. After becoming one of the best DJs in Jersey I went with my talent and knowledge to NYC, one of the hardest towns to succeed. I started DJing at Sound Factory with Joe Blaze Productions; after I got well known and respected I came back to Jersey and took the NUMBER ONE SPOT. Now after 6 years in this business, I’m the NUMBER ONE DJ in Jersey and NYC.
